to 5pm (CST), excluding U.S. holidays. We also offer email technical support
365 days a year with a guaranteed reply with in 24 hours.
We will need the following information when you call:
1.) Your name
2.) Company
3.) Address
4.) A detailed description of the problem. The more information
you give us, the better we will be able to server you. For software issues,
please include operating system(Win 98,ME,NT,2000orXP), and software version
numbers. For equipment issues, please include model, and serial number.
5.) Phone number and time you can be reached.
Please note: DataBridge or DataWeb technical support cannot be rendered without
a current software maintenance agreement.
