Retrieval features
Inclusive or exclusive searching with from up to 5 fields of data at once. ‘Exact’ text or ‘Like’ text searches Print a one page, or a whole file Copy and paste images into almost any application, including Word, and Outlook. Zoom, Rotate, and Pan any image.
Security
DataBridge2 is the most secure version to date. System enforced strong passwords prevent users from setting passwords that could easily compromise the system. Verbose logging functionality tracks 21 separate events including searching, printing, login failures, and using the print screen key. Logs use calculated record fingerprint instead of record information to prevent the release of confidental data.
Flexibility
Use it as a network client or a stand-alone retrieval station Data is stored in non proprietary formats. DataBridge works with Windows 95,98,NT, 2000, or Windows XP. DataBridge2 currently is only supported on Windows NT, 2000, and Windows XP
